By accessing bruseyoga.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the Site.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including diameters, materials and load ratings. Manufacturing tolerances mean a stated diameter may vary by up to two centimetres, and colours may render differently between screens. Specifications may change as products are revised.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Where a compare-at price is displayed it refers to our own previous list price for that product. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Cart and checkout

The cart on this Site is held in your browser and is not an order. Nothing is reserved, charged or dispatched until an order is confirmed by us in writing.

Safe use

Balance equipment carries inherent risk. Inflate as instructed, inspect the shell before each use, keep it away from heat and abrasive surfaces, and stop using any product that shows damage. You are responsible for using this equipment safely and within your ability.

Warranty

Shells carry a two-year warranty against pressure loss in normal use. Pumps and plugs are replaced free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage from over-inflation, heat, solvents, abrasive floors, commercial misuse or ordinary cosmetic wear.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, layout and code — belongs to Bruse Yoga LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or of equipment bought through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
