Not medical advice
Everything published on bruseyoga.com — articles, routines, sizing guidance and product notes — is general information about using equipment. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician who knows your history.
Speak to someone first
Talk to a physician, physiotherapist or midwife before starting balance work if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a spinal, joint or cardiovascular condition, or returning to movement after a long gap.
Stop if it hurts
Discomfort while learning a new position is common; sharp pain, dizziness or pain that travels down a limb is not. Stop, and seek advice before continuing.
Equipment risk
Balls and balance tools are unstable by design. Falls are possible. Inflate as instructed, inspect the shell before use, work on a clear floor away from hard edges, and never use a product that shows cuts, chalking or pressure loss.
